COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES

When you engage with Shanahan Engineering, we want you to have a commercial structure that works for your project and payment preferences. Therefore, we offer two distinct commercial models:

  • Target Price Model

    Shared risk, including a bonus/penalty based on agreed KPIs (e.g. commissioning hours, vendor technical advisor hours, fuel usage, Demin water usage, unplanned events).

  • Time and Materials

    Compensation is based on hours worked and materials used.
