  • DESIGN AND PLANNING

    We will review engineering to ensure that the plant is designed and built in accordance with technical specification, applicable codes and standards, prudent procurement strategy, environmental requirements, operational and safety best practises, reliability and efficiency of maintenance and best industry engineering practices.

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    Project Management services includes ensuring correct interpretation of engineering drawings, establishing field quality system and safety procedures, troubleshooting engineering related issues, monitoring project progress and submitting monthly progress reports, preparation of outstanding punchlists, critical path schedule for their completion, warranty claims & technically assist Owner with extra claims, approvals, penalties, delays and preparation of a Project Completion Report. Effective management of construction will derisk many potential problems in the life of the plant ranging from extended overhauls to correct latent defects through to serious and difficult to resolve operational issues.

  • COMMISSIONING

    Performance testing and commissioning support includes the preparation and review of testing and commissioning procedures, witness performance testing and commissioning activities, field testing for performance capacity of major equipments and systems and provide technical assistance for performance guarantee testing.

  • OPERATION

    Through our parent company Ethos Energy, we offer a full suite of Operations and Maintenance services.
