  • Turnkey Construction Management

    Acting as Principle General Contractor or Erection Contractor, we assemble a team of experienced power generation personnel to handle all aspects of your construction management. As part of our scope, we provide you with access to tried-and-tested quality and HSE management systems, comprehensive site management processes, and a well-defined construction-to-commissioning turnover process.

  • Specialist Construction Services

    If you need help tackling a specific challenge, we have the resources to assist. Whether it’s support with centre-line for gas and steam turbine generators, steel work over 5,000 tonnes, heat recovery steam generators, or air-cooled condensers, we can provide the specialist knowledge you need to get the ball rolling.

Commercial Structures

When you engage with Shanahan Engineering, we want you to have a commercial structure that works for your project and payment preferences. Therefore, we offer two distinct commercial models:

  • Target Price Model

    Shared risk, including a bonus/penalty based on agreed KPIs (e.g. HSE performance, cost of non-conformance, construction cost to completion, schedule performance).

  • Time and Materials

    Compensation is based on hours worked and materials used.
